We have had questions from grip and rental houses regarding the 4-pin XLR. The port is IN and OUT, unregulated.
The 4-pin XLR is naturally 12V based, so please make sure the cable used to hot-swap is a DTap cable, with power on pin 4, ground on pin 1. DO NOT plug in a 24V cable (like for example the Titan LT's), as this will put 26V into the circuit and cause damage to accessories plugged into the DTaps and 2-Pin connectors.
