Lifetime Warranty Policy – LBUS Custom Cables

1. Warranty Grant

CineParts (“Company”) warrants to the original purchaser (“Purchaser”) that the LBUS Custom Cables (“Cables”) shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the duration of the Cables’ reasonable service life (“Lifetime”). This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

2. Scope of Coverage

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and material faults only. It does not cover:

a. Normal wear and tear;

b. Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, or finish wear;

c. Damage caused by misuse, abuse, modification, improper installation, or accidents;

d. Use outside of the Cables’ intended environments, including but not limited to extreme temperatures, corrosive substances, or heavy industrial applications;

e. Loss, theft, or intentional damage.

 

3. Intended Use

LBUS Custom Cables are designed for professional film and photography applications under standard operating conditions. Use contrary to their intended purpose may void this warranty.

 

4. Repeated Claims

If the same LBUS Custom Cable is returned multiple times for the same issue, and no manufacturing defect is identified, the Company reserves the right to deny further claims for that issue. The Company may, at its discretion, provide guidance or assistance to the Purchaser to resolve recurring issues.

 

5. Claims Procedure

To make a warranty claim, Purchaser must contact the Company with:

 

• Proof of purchase;

• A detailed description of the alleged defect;

• Supporting photographs or video, if available.

Upon receipt, the Company may, at its sole discretion, repair, replace, or provide a functionally equivalent LBUS Custom Cable. In certain cases, the Company may require the return of the Cable for inspection.

 

6. Limitations and Disclaimers

a. The Company shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use of the LBUS Custom Cables.

b. Shipping costs associated with warranty returns shall be borne by the Purchaser unless otherwise agreed in writing.

c. The Company reserves the right to amend or update this warranty policy at any time without prior notice.

 

7. Governing Law

This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [insert jurisdiction, e.g., England and Wales], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

 

8. Entire Agreement

This warranty constitutes the entire agreement between the Company and the Purchaser regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior representations, communications, or agreements, whether written or oral, regarding the LBUS Custom Cables’ warranty.
